Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of DavayGO. By requesting an invite or using the service, you agree to them. We've kept them short and direct.
What DavayGO is
DavayGO is a closed Telegram-based community platform built for people across Ukraine to discover events, organize hangouts, and meet other members. The service runs as a Telegram Mini App and bot.
We are the platform operator, not the organizer of events. Events and hangouts on DavayGO are created by members. We are not a party to any meeting that takes place.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to use DavayGO. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your DavayGO account is tied to your Telegram account. We don't store separate passwords; authentication happens through Telegram. We may suspend accounts at our discretion if they harm the community or abuse the service.
Community rules
Treat other members with respect. No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats, or content that promotes violence.
No commercial advertising or recruiting without admin permission. DavayGO is for genuine connection, not lead generation.
Don't impersonate others, post sexual content involving minors, or share content that violates Ukrainian or applicable law.
References must be based on actual meetings. Fabricated, retaliatory, or coordinated references will be removed and may result in account suspension.
Your content
You own what you post (profile bio, event descriptions, hangout titles, references, chat messages, photos). By posting, you grant DavayGO a limited license to display that content within the service so other members can see it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
Don't post content you don't have the rights to share.
Payments (Telegram Stars)
Some events and features may require payment in Telegram Stars, Telegram's in-app payment system. Payments are processed by Telegram; we receive notifications when a payment completes.
Refunds for paid events are at the event organizer's discretion unless the event is canceled by the organizer, in which case attendees are refunded automatically through Telegram.
Boost payments (featuring an event or group for 7 days) are non-refundable once activated.
Events and hangouts
Events, hangouts and groups on DavayGO are organized by members, not by us. We don't verify venues, vet organizers, or guarantee that any event takes place. Attend at your own discretion and use common sense.
If you organize an event, you are responsible for it: providing accurate information, complying with venue rules, complying with local law, and handling any issues that arise.
Termination
You can leave at any time via Settings → Account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or community rules, harm other members, or attempt to abuse the service. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for over 12 months.
Liability
DavayGO is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it secure and reliable but make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of content posted by members, or outcomes of meetings.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service, including any harm resulting from interactions with other members. You participate at your own risk.
Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app and on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
